CITY OF ST. PAUL IMPOUND VEHICLE. This 2002 Ford Focus is an impounded vehicle being sold on behalf of the City of St. Paul Police Department. The item is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Unit MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. This vehicle runs. The vehicle starts with a jump but does not drive, there appears to be clutch and or drive train issues (loud grinding noise). There is also an issue with the passenger front tire assemble as it is obviously closer to the rear of the fender wall than it should. It also has a broken window, some scrapes/scratches, poor tires.
