Bank Repo RV. This is a 2002 Keystone Montana 3280RL 5th wheel trailer. This RV has a slideout living room with sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, dinette, TV, and AM/FM/cassette/CD player. The kitchen has a dual basin sink, stove/oven, microwave, cook vent, refrigerator/freezer, and wood floors. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower stall/bathtub. The rear master bedroom has 2 slide outs, queen bed and TV hooks in nice oak cabinetry. This RV has duo-therm roof A/C, washer and the tires are in good shape. The decals on the exterior are faded and peeling in spots with a scratch on the right side, The support handle at the door is broken off, catch to hold entry door is broken, and latch for storage compartment broken. The carpet has some stains in and will need to be steam cleaned, wood trim around bathroom door coming off, trim in living room coming loose, trim in bedroom broken, trim on kitchen counter, there is a stain in reclining chair, burn on kitchen counter, and washer is too big fro unit not allowing door to close.
