Bank Repo. This 2005 Southwind 37L is built on a Workhorse chassis and features the Vortec 8100 motor. The unit features a rear stateroom with sitting area, 3 slide outs, dinette with booth seating, solid surface countertops, microwave, range, side-by-side refrigerator and Onan genset. The interior is in good condition and the unit starts, runs and drives.

Chassis battery may need replacement. Electronic device (possibly propane detector) missing. Carpet lightly soiled. Damage to left reat (see pics). Small rock chip to passenger windshield (see pic). Water stains to ceiling around TV & satellite antenna handles (see pics - we do not know if these are still actively leaking).
