These bicycles are being sold on behalf of North St. Paul Police Department. The bikes are from left to right; A Next, Mongoose with techno seat, Huffy, and a mongoose. All the bicycles are in ruff shape, they all have a little bit of surface rust, seats are torn or ripped a little bit, and 3 out of the 4 bicycles do not have kick stands.
