This is an impound vehicle being auctioned for the City of St. Paul. This vehicle is being sold on a City of St. Paul Bill of Sale. It is the buyers responsibilty to have vehicle inspected in order to obtain a title. This is a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice. This has been modified with custom paint, wheels, subs, amps & stereo with integrated backup camera. The paint is below average and the rear wheels rubbed and caused some damage to the quarters. This is not a show car.
