Decals are faded, light missing next to entry step, light lens missing above door, broken window (see pic), shore power cord & door missing, scratch to entry door, dump pipe covered with a plastic cup. The interior is heavily soiled and shows excessive wear to the carpet, wood floors, tables, window treatments, bathroom, shower etc...Basically needs TONS of cleaning with some items needing replacement due to wear, both of the sofas are not original and will likely need to be replaced.
