Police Impound Scooter. This scooter was impounded by the St Paul Police department and will be sold under a City of St Paul bill of sale. This is a 2005 Honda CHF50. This scooter is missing all the front plastics, both side covers, seat is torn, fuel filler was tampered with, keys are missing and has damage on the mirrors. This scooter was not started due to missing keys/parts. This scooter is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
