Police Impound. This vehicle was impounded by the City of St. Paul and it will be sold on a City of St. Paul Bill of Sale. This is a 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 4dr. This car has several paint chips, dings & the left outside mirror is damaged. The vehicle will run and drive with a new battery but is basic transportation only.
