Bank Repo. This is a 1996 Fleetwood Tioga 23D Class C. This RV is built on the Chevrolet chassis powered by the 5.7 V8. Unit includes Onan MicroLite 4000 generator, tow package, A/C, AM/FM/Cassette, booth dinette, rear bed, bed over cab, refrigerator, microwave, oven & bathroom with shower. Unit runs/drives fine as is. This RV is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.

Exhaust pipe is bent, nail holes in paneling, misc. paint chips, exterior is faded, some minor body damage to the left rear (see pic), handle on refrigerator is broken, curtain for window over cab is torn, carpet needs shampoo, cupboards are worn on edges and needs thorough clean up.
