Total Loss. This is a 2006 Shanghai Cyclops scooter. This scooter went down and sustained minor damage. Unit appears to be rideable as is. The battery cover is missing, scrape to left side cover, scrape to left rear plastic, left mirror, scrape to left brake lever, scrape to left bar end & the ignition switch doesn't seem to work right. This scooter is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
