Bank Repo RV. This is a 2003 Sunnybrook Lite 3310S. This RV has a slide out living room with a sleeper sofa, booth dinette, matching side chair, TV hookup, AM/FM/CD player and roof AC. The kitchen has a dual basin sink, stove/oven, microwave, cookvent and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and showerstall. There is a rear bedroom that has 4 bunks, AM/FM/CD player and TV hookups. The front master suite has a full bed and nice mirrored cabinetry. There is an added rack attached to the rear bumper. The carpet has some stains, there are nail holes pushing through wall paper on the slide out, stains on fabric part of master bed, and the wall paper boarder is peeling in bedroom. The right front leveling jack is bent, and the rear bumper and rack are starting to rust. The tires appear to be in good condition. Overall this RV is in good condition and appears to be ready for the road. This RV is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
