Total Loss. This is a 1990 Chapparal 1800 SL. We were told this boat has rear damage but we were unable to locate where. The stern drive was removed and lacks any obvious signs of an impact. The motor has been unbolted and is ready to be lifted from the boat. We assume the motor has some type of internal damage or was possibly overheated based on the items that have been removed. We also have noticed some soft spots in the flooring and it may need replacement. The remainder of the boat is in decent overall condition. Includes the trailer. Motor is an OMC 3.0. This boat is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
