Bank Repo RV. This is a 2006 Sandpiper 315 BHT 5th wheel trailer. This RV has 3 slide outs, a booth dinette, sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, and breakfast nook with 2 bar stools. The Kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is a rear bedroom with 2 bunks and a small work desk. The front master suite has a slide out as well as the sink and shower stall. The bathroom consists of a basic toilet. There are some holes in the wall where it appears the blinds have been pulled out, one of the bar stools is broken, and the carpets have some spots. The exterior door stopper is broken at the tip and there is normal wear and tear on the exterior surfaces. The tires are in fair shape and the LP tanks/ batteries are included. This RV is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility.
