This is a 2003 Mercury 25 EL 25hp outboard. This is the non tiller model and is in excellent overall condition. We were told the motor runs great and was only replaced to upgrade to a 40hp. No cables or controls will come with this motor. Outboard is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
