Description

Bank Repo Watercraft. This is a 1983 Bayliner Bodega (40') yacht powered by twin inboard 454ci engines. All facilities include an upper control deck, lower deck, interior control room, kitchen, main level restroom, lower master suite with master bathroom and engine room. The upper deck is equipped with all amenities to control the ship from above. In the living room are an "L" lounger sofa, restroom, and sleeper bunk. The kitchen has hardwood flooring and cabinetry, stainless sink, range/oven, booth dinette, microwave, and icebox. Down the spiraling staircase is the master suite which features a full size bed, wardrobe dresser, and master bathroom with toilet. The electrical system is backed by a generator (unknown brand). This is in fair condition and will need some work. The hull is completely solid and had no signs of water damage or leaks. This is located off-site in Las Vegas, NV (will update address and contact details).

The exterior is weathered and faded, the tarps and covers are brittle with small tears. The bottom of the hull is covered with algae and moss and could be cleaned off. The generator has an exhaust leak and will need to be fixed so gas fumes do not fill the cabin. Refrigerator is missing. One of the engines carburetors could use a tune-up. The front A/C will need a new pump. The interior has average wear and is in fair condition. The engine and batteries are both good, engines both started well. This yacht has several other features. Overall, with some cleanup and minor repairs it should be sea-worthy!
