Bank Repo Watercraft. This is a 1986 PT Performance Sundeck 46’ Yacht. This performance trawler is a 46 foot yacht with a reinforced fiberglass hull with a 15’ beam. Outside of the boat is fading with some small scratches on hull and there is a tear in the upper awning. The other existing covers appear in good shape. Inside of the watercraft has some stains in carpet and general wear and tear throughout. There are some minor stains on the upholstery and counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. Main cabin looks to have been in process of a reconditioning with the carpet and insulation partially removed. At time of photo’s there was a small amount of water on floor but we could not find any point where there may have been a leak. It very well may have been condensation from refrigerator due to the high humidity that day. Engine room was clean and motors sounded good and ran smooth. Some various minor things either broken or missing including cabinet hardware and dash controls. All electronics, i.e. navigation, depth finders, CB radio and fire systems were all in working condition. The system valves were expressed and flow switch alerted alarm panel in less than 15 seconds which is within specifications. There was no odor which is a sign of regular checks and maintenance of the system.
