The kitchen consists of a microwave, stainless sink, 3-burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and cook vent. The bathroom amenities include a toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower combo. The master suite has a queen bed, TV, and dresser space. This unit starts and runs and is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility.

The exterior leveling jacks leak fluid, the decals are faded, the windshield has a crack and round chip, there are scratches on all sides, and there is damage above the rear bumper. The batteries will need to be replaced and the entry door screen is torn.
