Features include entry side awning, roof A/C, roof ladder, and an Onan Microquiet 4000 generator. The driver's area contains a 19" GE overhead TV, AM/FM/CD stereo, power mirrors, and cloth seats. In the living room and kitchen are a folding sofa, booth dinette, stainless sink, triple burner range, Samsung microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, shower/bathtub, and vanity sink. To the rear is the master suite with walk-around queen bed, overhead wardrobe, and TV mount. The engine starts/runs with 15,964 miles. This is at our Cannon Falls, MN location.

The generator would not start, but did turn over. Engine/chassis batteries will need replacement. The exterior is faded with some peeling graphics. There is a dent in the rear bumper. The drawer under the refrigerator is broken along with a hallway drawer. There is a dent/scrape on the rear passenger's corner. The interior could use a cleaning.
