The kitchen amenities include a dual basin stainless sink with drinking water tap, 3-burner stove/oven, microwave/convection oven, and refrigerator/freezer. In the bathroom are a toilet, bathtub/shower, and vanity sink. The bedroom consists of a queen size bed, closet with sliding mirrored doors, cabinet dresser space, and a TV. The emergency brake will not disengage. This RV starts and runs and is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility.

The exterior decals are faded and peeled, right rear bumper cover popped out of place (photo), left rear scraped, awning torn, right rear wheel well trim out of place, and the right tail light is cracked. The kitchen table top material is pulling apart, carpet is stained and worn, some air vents are broken, furniture upholstery dirty, the side chair upholstery is torn, plastic dash is cracked, woodwork is peeling, and there is a stain in the bathroom ceiling.
