Bank Repo Yacht. This is a 1981 Watkins Yacht 36CC equipped with an unknown diesel engine with inboard stern and auxiliary sail. The solid wood interior features a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and upper deck. There are a 3-burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, stainless sink, 2 sofas, sleeping quarters, toilet, bathroom sink, and shower. On the upper deck are sails, bimini top and the cockpit. This yacht can be seen off-site at Wharf Marina, 697 Davis Rd., League City, TX 77573 and will need to be seen only by appointment by contacting Ken at (651) 757-5574.

The boat was partially sunk in water at one time and the water had been pumped out. The interior and exterior will need to be cleaned and some of the upholstery replaced due to molding. The boat does float but will need some restoration before being seaworthy. Diesel engine did not run. The exterior and sails are weathered and the porthole covers are missing. The wood work could use some restoration to make the interior look great.
