This RV features an Onan Emerald Plus genset (1020 hours), in-dash AM/FM/cassette player, trailer brake, hydraulic leveling system, overhead TV, cloth sofa, cloth side chair, and booth with dining table. The kitchen features a stainless dual basin sink, 3-burner stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a vanity sink, shower stall, and toilet. The master suite amenities include a queen size bed, closet with mirrored doors, and a place to install a TV. This RV starts and runs and is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility.

The exterior decals are faded and cracked, there are scratches and dings throughout the exterior, both awnings are torn, the backup camera system has been removed, crack in rear, scratches on the left side, windshield is chipped, a window is missing a screen, entry screen door lever is missing, and the screen on the screen door is torn. The interior carpet is stained, side chair has slightly torn upholstery, dining table is chipped, bath tub is stained, and trim on the dining booth is loose. The brakes may need to be replaced.
