Carpet worn near cab area. Bedroom night stand trim is damaged. Mirror in bedroom is broken and mattress is missing. All TVs and microwave are missing. Carpet and upholstery could use a good shampooing (slight odor). Outside the awning arms are broken and tied together. Rear roof trim is damaged with an 8” dent and paint is chipped and faded.
