The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet and bathtub/ shower combo. The master suit has a queen bed, overhead TV enclosure, sliding mirrored closet doors and hardwood cabinetry. The ladder mount is broken on bottom, right rear corner is scraped and wrinkled and the vent cover is missing on left front. The carpet has stains from use and the interior shows moderate wear.
