In the bathroom are a bathtub/shower with skylight, toilet, and solid top vanity with sink. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and dresser cabinetry. The dealer/owner has stated that a new fuel pump and new house batteries were recently installed in this unit. This RV starts and runs and is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.

The mud flap is bent on the rear driver’s corner, the lower storage compartment trim is worn, driver’s door handle is broken, windshield is cracked, and the decals are faded. The carpet shows some stains, the wallpaper behind the cupboards is showing some wear, a side chair may have once been in this unit, the stove top is stained, the woodwork shows average wear, and the bathtub is discolored.
