Bank Repo RV. This is a 2006 Keystone Everest 366I (37') 5th wheel. The floorplan boasts 4 slide-outs with a front master bedroom and a rear kitchen with its own center island with wine rack. The main living area has an extra large hide-a-bed sofa, two huge lounge recliners, entertainment center with TV, DVD/surround system with ceiling speakers, electric roof vent, ceiling fan, and recessed lighting. The rear kitchen is "L" shaped with a free standing dinette with four chairs in its own slide-out , laminated wood floor, solid surface counter top, Atwood triple burner range/oven, Dometic microwave, as well as a Dometic two door refrigerator and freezer. Little highlights of the kitchen include a bread box, pull out pantry, and plenty of preparation space. Floor ducts are standard throughout. Towards the upper half of the RV are a the master suite and split restroom with corner glass shower, shared vanity sink, privacy room with toilet, queen size bed on slide-out, closet with sliding mirrored doors, wardrobe, dresser, TV connections, and washer/dryer connections. Other features include LP/smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, tank heaters, entry awning, roof ladder, tandem axle and DSI hot water heater. Too many amenities too list! The interior could use a cleaning. There is a mild odor of cigarette smoke. The underside moisture barrier looks to have been cut open for an unknown purpose and insulation is loosely hanging out.
