In the kitchen are a dual basin sink with drinking water tap, Magic Chef triple burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and wood flooring. The restroom has a shower stall, vanity sink, and toilet. Master suite amenities include a queen size bed, 8-drawer dresser, and mirrored wardrobe closet. This is at our Sacramento, CA location.

The exterior has some fading and decal peeling, there’s a couple dents on the left side, dent on the right front corner and the right side trim is peeling. The OEM sofa was removed, wood floor is in poor condition, carpet has mild stains, entry door screen is ripped, and the interior could use a cleaning.
