Exterior: Drip cap is pulled loose on the right side roof edge above the awning. Otherwise normal wear.

Interior: Rear wall panel is bubbled under the back window from water infiltration and there's a hole in the wall panel next to the outlet in front of the right side slideout.

Mechanical: Fuel level to low for generator to run. Water filter housing is broken. Unit is winterized.
