This RV features a slide-out living room with a sofa, table with 4 chairs, leather captain’s chairs, front TV, hydraulic leveling and leather recliner chair. The kitchen has a 3-burner stove/oven, dual basin sink with drinking water tap, 40/60 split refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and microwave. In the bathroom are a sink, shower stall with sliding glass door, toilet and Splendide washer/dryer combo. Bedroom amenities include a queen bed, mirrored closet, TV and built-in dresser space. The genset is an Onan Marquis 5500 (150hrs). The only wear this RV shows is a cracked windshield and some faded exterior decals. The engine starts and runs. This unit is located at our Arizona City, AZ facility.
