The kitchen features a stainless steel dual basin sink, stove/oven, microwave, cook vent, and refrigerator freezer. The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet and showerstall/ bathtub combo. There is a full size bed in the rear. The carpet is stained from use, the cabinets are faded and the bathroom door is hard to open and close. The exterior paint and graphics are faded and the roof vent is missing the lid. This unit starts and runs well and is located at our Arizona City, AZ facility.
