Cab features hydraulic leveling system, reverse camera, cruise control, AM/FM/CD player, adjustable steering and multi-adjustable slide/recline & swivel seating. Living/dining area has swivel side chair and booth style seating dinette with access to storage and color television. Kitchen amenities includes counter top w/flip-up extension, 60/40 dual basin sink with water filter, microwave oven, pantry, range hood vented w/light & fan, three-burner (one high-output) w/oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Hallway bathroom has toilet w/ foot pedal flush, vanity sink, and shower stall. Bedroom features a queen bed w/ under bed storage and headboard, night stand, wardrobe cabinet and television shelf (no TV). Interior shows wear as carpet is stained in areas and entry vinyl flooring is torn and peeling and booth upholstery trim is pulled away from one of the seats. Exterior of RV is in decent shape; windshield does have a crack in it. RV has 10987 miles on it and is located in our Arizona City AZ facility.
