EXTERIOR: Fading, scratches/dings to be expected, rust showing under the wheel wells, main door, and gas cap. Front windshield is broken out and the slideout awning is coming undone. Tires are weathered.

INTERIOR: Delamination on the dashboard, screw holes in the back bedroom wall from a previous TV mount, screw holes in the bathroom wall (left side), and cabinet doors are missing next to the microwave.

MECHANICAL: Main slide is non operational and hanging from the side of the camper, service engine light is on/flashing, and the radio/backup camera are not working. NO KEYS for any of the outside compartments and all batteries will need a charge or replacement.
