EXTERIOR: Rear wall is missing, front cap is delaminating, awning is torn, and the driver's side rear skirting has a crease. INTERIOR: Bathroom inside door handle is missing, rear wall cabinet door hinge is broken, front wall is soft/water damaged, and the front right side of the flooring is delaminating a little. OTHER: Battery is dead and the propane tanks are missing.
