The kitchen features a dual basin sink on separate island, microwave, stove/ oven, raised panel refrigerator freezer, and breakfast nook with 2 small stools. The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet and glass shower enclosure. The master suit has a queen bed overhead TV, dresser with jewellery box and sliding mirrored closet doors. There is tape residue in the very front of the exterior and the edge of the slide out is slightly bent. The carpet shows minor stains from use.
