2012 Cherokee (by Forest River) 39P equipped with a 8,499 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 25% tread, one slide-out, audio system, bedroom, bunkroom, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Various dings/dents/holes in the siding and part of the roof is torn (please view all pictures for more details).

Interior: Wall is cracked by the rear slide-out, stove fan is dented, and toilet leaks.

Mechanical: Propane tanks/Keys are missing, battery will need to be charged/replaced, and rear slide-out motor does not work (slide-out is not working).
