Exterior: Siding is scratched, passenger side front window molding is missing, driver's side mirror is missing, door is difficult to open, entry steps do not extend all the way out, main driver's side sliding molding is hanging, awning is torn, and driver's side front fender is dented. The roof is also soft around the skylight, has caulked areas that are cracking, and is peeling/bubbling in various areas.

Interior: Carpet is stained, a board has been screwed under the dash tv mount, and the carpet is cut under the dash cup holder area.
