EXTERIOR: Fading, stress cracks, etc., shown in the photos. There is a caulk patch on the front above the driver's side of the windshield, rear bumper is dented in, and there's denting up high on the rear cap.

INTERIOR: Water damage: Inside rear closet, below booth window, and the front corners (below and around the front side windows). Headliner and carpets stained (pics), and there's cracking in the dash.

MECHANICAL: The unit has freeze damage (broken water lines under bathroom sink and possibly more). Unable to winterize.
