Exterior: Various areas of delamination/scuffs/paint chips in the siding, exterior kitchenette door molding is coming loose, wood around exterior kitchenette is delaminating, rear spare tire rack is corroding, and siding on right rear corner is separating.

Mechanical: Coach battery will need to be charged/replaced and tires (225/75R15) are weathered.
