Exterior: Entrance step bolt is broken off on the left hand side, dents on most of the lower portion of the unit, rear end on the driver's side is coming apart with exposed wood, wires, etc., and the fender on the passenger side near broken step is dented and scuffed up.

Interior: Rear window is no longer sealed and pushed out about half an inch due to the exterior coming apart. Slight water damage inside along trim. Crack under outlet in rear.
