2016 Aspen Trail 2750BHS equipped with a 9,680 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 50% tread, one slide-out, audio system, bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Roof membrane is separating on the right edge, awning is ripped, kitchenette cabinets are water damaged, left side light is missing, and siding is scratched/dented (see pictures for more details).

Interior: Countertop is warped, woodwork is chipped/scuffed, and kitchen trim pieces are falling off. Walls, ceiling, floor, and woodwork are water damaged.

Mechanical: Keys are missing and coach battery will need to be charged/replaced.
