Exterior: Siding is delaminating in several places (see pictures for more details), left side plastic fender is loose, and right side appliance access door is missing.

Interior: Front bedroom cabinet doors are missing, bathroom sink cabinet door is broken, bedroom door is cracked, floor in slide-out has a soft spot, kitchen table is cut, and there are marker spots on the front bedroom walls.

Mechanical: Keys, electrical cord plug, and coach battery are missing.
