This is a 2007 K-Z Sportsman Sportster toy hauler featuring a single slide out, cargo bay, generous living area, spacious kitchen and forward positioned master bedroom. Starting in the rear of the unit is a rear ramp with spring assist accessing the cargo hold. Over the cargo hold inside the living quarters lays a double mattress sleeping unit with storage cabinets. The slide out living area has a booth style dinette, fold out sleeper sofa and entertainment cabinet. The galley has a dual basin sink, three burner stove top, microwave oven, pantry and refrigerator/freezer. The forward positioned master bedroom is out fitted with queen sized bed, television shelf and wardrobe. Bathroom amenities include vanity sink with medicine cabinet and large shower with tub and toilet. The exterior is equipped with a shower, side roof and large retractable awning. A very nice unit in great shape. This is located at our Michigan City, IN facility.

Over all condition of the RV is very good. The interior is in like new condition with only the television and stereo having been removed. Outside has only minor damage with a small area of the siding in the rear being dented and the front storage compartment is pushed in. Battery will need to be replaced as it has been removed.
