Living area has a large sofa, 2 reclining/swiveling side chairs and hardwood entertainment center (minus the television). Dining area has a freestanding wood table and four chair set. Kitchen amenities include dual basin 50/50 sink, 3 burner stove top/oven range, microwave, raised panel refrigerator/freezer and hardwood cabinetry all around. Master suite has queen bed frame (no mattress), dresser, mirrored hardwood wardrobes and mirrored sliding closet doors. Bedroom also contains the glass shower enclosure and vanity sink with private toilet stall. Interior does show minor wear and tear with stained sinks (both kitchen and bathroom), stained carpet and a broken dresser drawer and bedroom cabinet. Exterior damage consists of faded graphics, oxidizing paint and some rock/bug chips on front of unit. This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN location.
