Exterior: The main awning is torn, the entry door hand bar is missing, the roof is weak, and the entry steps do not open (rusted). Please view all pictures for any other cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: The carpet and tub are stained. The floor between the slide-out and bathroom sink, TV cabinet, bedroom carpet, cabinet below stove, and floor by refrigerator are all water damaged.

Mechanical: Key and coach battery are missing.
