Exterior: Rear entry steps are slightly bent, skirting is lightly dented, and the left side of the unit has some light areas of delamination.

Interior: Shower skylight trim is cracked, carpet is stained, and linoleum is scraped.

Mechanical: The traps under the sink are damaged from being frozen. They keys are also missing and the coach battery will need to be replaced.
