This 5 sleeper unit features hardwood cabinetry trough-out, a slide out kitchen/seating area, booth seating with collapsible table, dual basin acrylic sink with cover, three burner stove top and range with cover, flush mount refrigerator/freezer and a PUR water filter. Operators cockpit is highlighted by a burl dash, door, reverse camera, Sony AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA stereo, 19”dash mounted and easy to reach leveling controls. The bathroom includes a vanity sink, toilet and glass enclosure shower with skylight. The master bedroom has a queen size bed; large mirrored Bank head board and TV mount. Unit is backed up by an Onan Emerald Plus 5000 40 amp generator. RV has 37048 miles on it and is located in our Cannon Falls, MN location.

There are scratches around the exterior lower portions of the compartment doors and a 1" hole in fiberglass near entry door. There is a scrape on right front bumper, small scrape on left front bumper and bug/rock chips on front of vehicle. Interior wise there is slight wear and tear on upholstery and cabinetry along with stains in carpet in various places.
