1988 Celebrity 230 VBR powered by a 5.7L MerCruiser I/O. It's paired with the trailer shown that's equipped with a 2" coupler and a 4 flat connector. Located in Valdosta, GA.

Boat was fully submerged in fresh water. Cosmetically normal for age other than the broken windshield frame. There is water in the oil/engine and battery is dead. Does not start.
