2016 Rockwood (by Forest River) Ultra Lite 2304 DS equipped with a 6,606 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, two slide-outs, audio system, bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchenette.
Exterior: Left front panel is bent, some caulking is peeling by the slides, roof vent is missing, and there is corrosion forming on the steps and tongue.
Interior: Couch is stained and water damaged due to missing roof vent. TV is missing.
Mechanical: Coach battery will need to be charged/replaced and tires are weathered.
