Exterior: Siding is scuffed and stained. The right rear roof corner is patched and caulked. The roof is also soft in places.

Interior: Couch is peeling, mattress is missing, interior roof panels are bubbling, and dinette table is broken.

Mechanical: Coach battery will need to be charged/replaced and the tires are weathered.
