Exterior: The shield under the unit has been torn off (underneath is exposed) and weather stripping is peeling.

Interior: Furniture has been removed, kitchen blinds are damaged, trim by the refrigerator is cracked, living room window trim is torn out, smoke detector cover is missing, screen door is torn, and living room slide is discolored (appears to be mold).

Mechanical: Coach battery will need to be charged/replaced.
