Insurance Loss: Tipped over while being towed. The insurance estimate shows damages to the frame, front axle, tongue jack, right rear stabilizer jack, fenders, belt housing, PTO handle, left rear lights, rear feed table, feed wheel motor, chute, chute jack, winch, motor mounts, motor doghouse, drum shaft, the right control box & switches, and clutch pulley assembly.
Mechanical: Starts and runs but currently does not operate. The engine stalls when engaging the PTO for the mulcher system.
